Sights of Belize was shot in Belize City, Belize in 2009. This visual essay invokes the conversations around the international presence of capitalism, neo-liberalism, and the balance of social classes in the greater global economy. Shot from the perspective of a conscious and concerned tourist, the photographs also aim to tell an authentic story of the inhabitants of this port city and offer a glimpse of the color, culture, and reality that is experienced.
